What do you mean by 'AI-first'?01
We design from what AI now makes possible, rather than bolting a chatbot onto an old process and calling it new. Sometimes that means an AI build. Often it just means better software and sharper automation.
Is AI right for us, or is it hype?02
Both exist. For some jobs AI is a real step change. For others it's an expensive distraction. We work out which one you're looking at before you spend, and we'll say so when the answer is no.
How do you price?03
Three ways: a fixed-scope Audit, a fixed-price Sprint, or a monthly Partner retainer. We scope it after a short call and put the number in writing. No surprise invoices.
What kinds of projects do you take on?04
AI and automation builds, websites and apps, internal systems work, and growth. The common thread is a clear outcome we can measure. If a project is vague or the foundations aren't sound, we'll say so first.
How long does a typical project take?05
An Audit takes a week or two. A Sprint runs in weeks, not months. Bigger builds we break into stages, so you see working software early rather than one reveal at the end.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?06
No. We translate between your goals and what's possible, and handle the build. You bring the problem; we bring the plan and the engineering.
Can you take over an existing build?07
Yes. We start by reviewing what's there and telling you honestly what's worth keeping. We fix the foundation before we add to it.

Yes. We work inside your existing data and privacy framework, use reputable infrastructure, and never train third-party models on your data without your say-so.
